MIND AND BODY
a friend of mind called me.. saying that his friend has a great restaurant so I told him wow is it that nice? he said yeah. so I told him let me pass by and try their food.
so I've ordered chicken with veggie... I shocked couldn't eat any. it reminded me of middle school food!! very bad that restaurant supposed to be a healthy food .
Dragon fly .
We all know black, green tea... but a white tea?
browsed the net to find out how good is it?
and what I found out from different sites... it's the best tea of all!!
lucky me I got to try it. and it's great.
