Police In Love street Kuwait
Police is to protect and serve isn't it ? I guess not .. Cause I see most of the fresh police men all they do is chasing girls and give guys with sports car a hard time which is lame . Anyways I was heading to my friends house and I saw a couple of police men parking their car and using their phone in the same time ignoring traffic jam heh. I wonder who are they talking to is it their girlfriends or their mom ? Or maybe to each other and they want to show the world that they are in love with each other LOL

Suffering with IBS (Irritable Bowel Syndrome)

What can I do to help?
While there is no outright 'cure' for IBS, there are various steps you can take to try and alleviate the symptoms:
1) TRY AND CHANGE YOUR DIET
Go for foods that are:
low in fat
low in sugar
high in the right sort of fibre - a balance of cereals, wholemeal bread, fruit and vegetables (bran can actually make the symptoms of IBS worse)
Do:
cut down on caffeine and fizzy drinks
drink plenty of water or fruit juice
2) TRY TO RELAX
Many IBS sufferers can find relaxation a big help. There are numerous books and tapes available to help you in this.
Tried and tested techniques include:
body awareness - concentrate on different parts of your body in turn
tensing and relaxing each part of your body in turn
breathing exercises
imagery exercises - visualising yourself in a calm place
listening to relaxing music
3) TRY A REMEDY
There are various remedies available for the treatment of the symptoms of IBS, although some are only available through your doctor.
Constipation Remedies
If you are suffering constipation as a consequence of IBS - you may want to try a constipation remedy - these remedies include:
those that increase soluble fibre such as bulk-forming remedies e.g. those containing ispaghula husk. Ispaghula Husk is available in a drink and softens and adds bulk to the stool, making the passing of waste easier. Bran and insoluble fibre can be difficult for some IBS sufferers to tolerate. The soluble fibre in Isphagula Husk can make the stool easier to pass.
those that relieve constipation and get your digestive system moving again e.g. those containing Senna
If dietary and lifestyle changes have not worked very well, talk to your doctor or pharmacist about treatment options. Just remember you are not alone - up to one in ten people suffer symptoms badly enough to seek medical assistance.

Apple OS vs. Microsoft Windows
Well nothing to add or say this war has been on since day one on who is the top dog of them all .. contastants are Windows XP and OS X to be more geek version 10.4.2 AKA Tiger most of the users likes xp coz it more user friendly and just works with everything just plug in play as they say on the other hand i've been using Windows for the last 10 years and 2 months ago i switched to OS X and all i can say is IT'S MORE USER FRIENDLY NO VIRUSES NO SPYWARE AND EXTERMLY FAST

The Holly Month Of Ramadan
In the name of God Most Gracious, Most Merciful , Ramadan had come it's time to clean our sins and come closer to Allah .
noticed while I was cursing in my car that people is better in different aspect .. Girl wise - more make up and variety of colors
their dress and clothes are become a bit longer just above the knees and tighter. Guys wise more music volume in there car while staring at every girl that passes by even if it were over aged ancient.
please children be closer to god not to the other gender .
stop smoking because it's very bad for you .
